After residencies in Bristol, London and Margate, Pasta Slut is coming to Manchester!
A Sicilian kitchen famous for pasta parties will be holding their first one here at Black Milk!
    We’ll be stocking the bar with our favourite Italian wines, Prosecco for those who like to Spritz and serving espresso martinis and negronis on the cocktail front.

TO START - Burrata, Broad Bean, Pea, Fried Black Olive, Rosemary Focaccia. (v)

MAIN EVENT - Anelletti al Forno alla Palermitana. A traditional Sicilian dish from Palermo with ring shaped Anelletti pasta, baked in layers of beef and pork ragù, béchamel sauce, fried aubergine, parmesan and mozzarella, topped with garlic pangrattato.
